Personal Assistant & Social Media Strategist
Dalrymple Studio is seeking a dynamic individual for a dual role as Personal Assistant and Social Media Strategist. This position requires expertise in both high-level administrative support and social media management—ideal for someone who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment and possesses exceptional organisational skills.
The role includes:
Executive Support & Personal Assistance: Provide critical support to the Director by managing their schedule, organising travel arrangements, and serving as the first point of contact. You’ll handle professional communications, prepare documents, and ensure the efficient daily operation of the Studio. This part of the role demands a high level of confidence, adaptability, and the ability to anticipate and proactively address the Studio and Director’s needs.
Social Media Strategy & Content Creation: Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, aligned with our brand’s aesthetic to elevate exposure and drive engagement. Responsibilities include creating content (reels, posts, and stories), scheduling posts around key dates, and analysing performance metrics to recommend improvements. Familiarity with the interior design and architecture space is preferred to capture our brand’s voice accurately.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills, discretion, and professionalism in handling executive-level tasks.
- Proven experience in both social media strategy (especially within design or creative industries) and executive assistance, with strong planning and organisational skills.
- Ability to create visually appealing, on-brand content and manage social media engagement.
