This Oxfordshire country home was an ambitious three-year project that is one of the most comprehensive in Dalrymple Studio’s portfolio — a complete reimagining of the main house and its surrounding estate. The scope extended far beyond the main house, encompassing a series of outbuildings, each treated as a distinct project in its own right: a Party Barn, Stable Offices, Coach House, Flint Barn, and a brand new indoor swimming pool complex complete with changing rooms, a gym, and a steam room. A particular highlight was the transformation of an existing outdoor pool into a fully enclosed indoor facility, adding an entirely new dimension to the property.
Throughout the project, Dalrymple Studio managed every detail from electrical and RCP layouts to hard finishes, flooring, bathroom tiles, and sanitary ware specifications. A full decorating schedule was produced alongside bespoke joinery concept drawings and detailing, with the studio overseeing the complete procurement of FF&E and accessories from start to finish.
