Part of a wider project, the Flint Barn was completely re-imagined from a derelict building on the edge of the property to a brand new guest house. This ambitious three-year project was one of the most comprehensive in Dalrymple Studio’s portfolio — a complete reimagining of a beautiful Oxfordshire country home and its surrounding estate.
Throughout the project, Dalrymple Studio managed every detail from electrical and RCP layouts to hard finishes, flooring, bathroom tiles, and sanitary ware specifications. A full decorating schedule was produced alongside bespoke joinery concept drawings and detailing, with the studio overseeing the complete FF&E and accessories procurement from start to finish.
